We Are Creating Sustainable Environment

To find one’s cultural values and their roots, to understand in which way village and city should cooperate for the well-being of all European citizens.

Aim of the project:

  • To be acquainted with the cultures and national heritage of both countries and to understand that nature, economy, technologies, education and development of them, also social life both in the village and in the city are very important aspects of development of both countries in the future;
  • To find one’s cultural values and their roots, to understand in which way village and city should cooperate for the well-being of all European citizens;
  • To get to know the process and principles of sustainability: diversity, quality, consciousness (it is reflected by the morals of the society, compassion, help and justice to each other) and the principle of synergy (team work gives better results than individual work);
  • To understand the application of these principles in the society (in the social sphere), in the environment (in the nature) and in economics (in business);
  • To implement the principles of sustainability in voluntary work as a tool while fighting with poverty and marginalization;
  • To implement the principles of sustainability in voluntary work assisting to the protection of environment;
  • To encourage the creativity and initiative of young people to improve their surroundings and life by realizing the principles of sustainability;
  • To give conditions for the personal and social development of young people by participating in voluntary activities;
  • To deepen consciousness of European awareness of public spirit, firstly evaluating treasures of one’s own country (one’s people, history and language);
  • To create the ties of friendship among young people from different social and cultural backgrounds.
