The educational project “BE+” is part of the project “Growing”, which was born in the ESYCU Foundation, with the aim of leading the way in the field of training and education of young people in leisure activities, which is a key pillar of their personal configuration, combining entertainment and personal growth.

The BE+ project offers a perspective focused on the well-being of young people, providing strategies to improve healthy conditions in their non-formal learning spaces and to learn the skills, behaviours and competences necessary for success in different areas of life. All of this is based on the view that everyone has the potential for successful and healthy development during adolescence.

The programme includes:

A curriculum for training youth trainers.

A methodological package (manual + digital booklet) for youth workers to apply the programme with young people.
